Smart Village notification: 
Smart Village to commence project to sort out exposed cabling

on Wednesday 2 September 2015.

 

The duration of the project is minimum 10 working days depending on the weather.
There is approximately 4km of Fibre to be addressed in terms of repair and re-instatement.
Please note that during this timeframe there will be breaks in service and an sms notification will be sent out accordingly during the various stages of works that may result the service breaks.

The LCA contracts Coast Care to supplement the services provided by the City of Cape Town.

The summer season brings increased traffic Llandudno. The Speed limit is 40 Km per hour and there are a number of stop streets / yield signs for our safety. Residents are urged to adhere to the traffic measures and please insist that your workers and visitors do the same.

A reminder to all residents - garbage collection for non-hazardous domestic and trade waste only takes place on a Tuesday morning.  Collection of recyling also takes place on a Tuesday morning.

The LCA liaises with the City of Cape Town (COCT) and film shoot producers making sure that the COCT film shoot by laws are followed. If you have issues with film shoots please phone the COCT call centre or use the 'contact us' to email the LCA.
